The staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious for our 3 guests. The bathroom was very small. Parking in the lot at knight was a tight fit. Our window on the 3rd floor opened with no screen or guard. We felt that would be unsafe for kids.

Room was quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot was less than ideal when there were lots of guests using it. The spaces are so narrow that it was barely possible to open doors wide enough to get out of car.

Staff was excellent, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. However, very noisy so not the place to stay if you want or need rest. Dozens and dozens of motorcycles (I'm not exaggerating) up and down the streets all night long. Softball tournament in town so hordes of squealing, yelling teen girls slamming doors until after midnight.

Everything was great. I had my wedding at the River Center and stayed at the double tree. The hotel room was clean, stocked and well maintained. The only thing that I didnt like much was when my wedding party and I went down to breakfast and to our surprise it was $18. I had no idea we had to pay for breakfast so not only did I ( the bride ) but my whole party did not get anything to eat. Beyond that it was great.

Unfortunately there was a mix up at check in and were assigned a room that was already occuppied. They were able to accommodate us with another room, but I have never had that happen before. We did enjoy breakfast and everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. I do believe the property is in need of a facelift at this point. There were areas of the hotel that needed to be cleaned and/or maintenance performed. One of the elevators was out our entire stay.

The hotel was busy due to Bix weekend, and it seemed as though the staff did a good job being attentive to everyone and helping as best they could. I had an issue with my key card, but it was quickly resolved. The negatives were that there was only one working elevator which was challenging with so many people trying to use it over the weekend. Additionally, the fridge did not seem to get very cold and there was no microwave in my room which was an inconvenience.
