Quiet area, excellent security, a short walk to convenience stores on Maymay road and amenities at Damosa junction, SM Lanang mall and jeepney transport on JP Laurel to downtown city centre. Very good. Everything is nearby/walking distance. Except a night before we checked out we’ve observed the wall in our room started to moistened/seeping liquid for some reason. Hopefully they’ll fix that. Otherwise our stay was superb.
