Great little hotel/ motel. I had a lovely spacious studio which would have been great to self cater. Very comfy bed. Nice little verandah. Plenty of parking. Lovely pool area. Nice breakfast . Great location.

Walkable to Mindl Markets. Room clean, spacious and tidy. Selection of light breakfast was adequate, or you can order bigger breakfast. Late night or early morning arrival to get room key was a very easy and simple process. Staff very friendly and helpful. Communication between the property and yourself before arrival was appreciated. I enjoyed this property

Lovely quiet, clean hotel. The staff were very nice and very helpful nothing was a bother. We had a continental breakfast included it was good. Included was an instant coffee if you wanted a coffee machine coffee you had to pay for it. I thought they could have offered it as part of the breakfast. Also they have a lovely big outdoor area that is under utilised, they do not have a liquor licence. It would have been nice to sit out with a wine or beer in the late afternoon or evening. I am prone to midges and got savaged on the deck!

Great location. Lovely motel. Adequate breakfast. My room was near an entrance No 335 and was very noisy at times after midnight . Inconsiderate loud visitors.Not the motels fault but annoying. Staying again in a few days and have requested not to be given that room. Lovely pool area. I got the room at a great price.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. As the hotel is located at the fringe of the city centre, it is very convenient. It;s near some good restaurants including The Kopi Stop, Nepa Kitchen, Loong Foong and Zhen's corner. It is also very near to the bus stops going to most of the places and nearby couple of supermarkets. Really value for money.

The room was very good, apart from the frog in the bog. When I reported this to the male owner/manager I was sworn at and told to get rid of it myself. The frog had gone up under the rim of the toilet and it was their responsibility to get it out. I was again sworn at when I asked them to provide some gloves for me to get it out. Very, very poor

Property location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room condition and size was pretty poor for the price we paid. Aircon was very noisy keeping us awake at night. No extraction fan in the bathroom either. They had free breakfast but it’s just toast and cereal. Overall the stay wasn’t uncomfortable, but definitely feel like we overpaid for what we got.
