Rooms were basic..but clean..good for someone or family that's in town that are frugal minded..mattresses were not rock hard...if you went bang for your buck...Smittys restaurant is right behind it and Tim's is close by...mall shopping is close..so you got that too.

The service was good, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom however appeared mostly clean, but there was dirt on one of the small shelves in the shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Made me wonder how well the rest of the room was actually cleaned. We were just staying for one night to attend a concert so it worked well for us. We slept well and it was quiet.

I stay here everytime i'm in halifax , it's priced great , yes the rooms are outdated somewhat but it's always clean , i love the staff , its nice they recognize me whenever i stay ,its definitely not a five star but that never stops me from booking with them
