“We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared.”

“The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!”
