Vacations Close To Dar Zahran Heritage Building

I’m my friends and I had the best time staying in this hotel. Conveniently located 7 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip! I highly recommend! And I will be returning on my next trip to Vegas. 10/10

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

If you are looking for a lovely room that’s large, spacious & upscale, then you have found it at the Venetian. However, be warned- do NOT have bell service take your luggage. They honestly expect you to sit patiently in your room for a min of 2+ HOURS! Luggage will not be delivered to an empty room -ridiculous! I waited 2 1/2 hrs, called for luggage & was put on hold for over 20 min & then disconnected. When I went down in person I was told to wait in my room for ANOTHER 2 hrs!!! I told them that was not going to work that almost 3 hours & counting was enough. I had been driving for over 7 hours & all I wanted was to shower & put on fresh clothes. I have never had a hotel not care about customer service so openly. Happily 30 min later the luggage did arrive. I asked the bell hop to help me with the mini bar because it was locked & I needed the code. He informed me it needed to be unlocked by the front desk. I called & that person said “it is unlocked”. I told him both I & bell cap could not open it. He re-entered the code & now said it was unlocked. I again told him - no, it’s still locked. Then he said “Just give it some time”. Instead of offering maintenance to come look at it, he felt time would magically cure the problem. They lost a lot of potential sales there! Of course it NEVER unlocked during my 3 day stay! The Sphere & Wizard of Oz show was fantastic!! It helped reduce the pain of checking in/out. 45 min to get my car (2 hrs after check out time!) Never Again!

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, but the customer service was very disappointing. I paid an extra $30 per night for a Strip View room because I wanted to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from my room. At check in, I was told no Strip View rooms were available and was given a Mountain View instead. I started trying to resolve it on day one. I messaged through the Hilton app, contacted Expedia, and spoke with the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me, but after seven days I never received a call, a message, or any follow up from the hotel or Expedia. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond a refund of the upgrade fee for the room I never received. The hotel is beautiful, but the lack of communication and follow through left a very poor impression.

Need to provide more things in the room instead of an empty room.
