Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The place is hard to find. Except for the name of street, they didn't give any other reference. When I finally get there, there's no one at the reception for me. The guardians ended up calling the manager who was rude on the phone and said I said I should have called before stopping by, which is completely insane!
