Great place to stay. Had wonderful view from our room, and a great location. Also appreciated the the bakery and CU in the basement of the hotel. The only downside for me was the hard bed.

The room was in good condition, though some odd elements in terms of layout, steps, furnishings, etc. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Check-in process was extremely crowded (though check-out was better) and chaotic.

Large room. Good value but smelled smoke often.

Eoom is very large and was nice that kids could have their own room. Would be great for big families. Room looks old but was clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Pool dor kids is an extra charge and not worh the extra cost $27 per adult). Spa by iselft is ok ($10).

A little unfortunate incident affected our stay

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay.

The property is old and worn out, though it is situated in a good, quiet location. The sauna closes at 7 PM, which is too early for guests. The breakfast buffet is not worth the cost of 35,000 Korean won, as it lacks variety and quality.
