It's in a safe location with easy access. Better directional signage is needed. The lamp shade is significantly stained, one of the lamps did not work, and the Drapes are falling off the rod. There was only one towel. Left at 7 am, there is no way to drop off a key.

This property is terrible , don’t stay the room and nasty and dirty … the staff was not nice . I was not able to cancel the reservation or get my money back. I have asthma and couldn't even walk in the room .. it smell so bad . Experian didn’t return my money or the the hotel . Very bad experience and I have to pay for another hotel .

What was not good with dirty and also no hot water in the bathrooms. towels were not clean and breakfast was bare minimal with not of good quality. Coffee was never ready and always had to be reminded to be filled up and turned on.

our outer door is not installed correctly or is not the correct size. Bitterly cold air blew in all night around the edges. The bathtub has been spray painted, but they accidentally sprayed the tile too. There's a full size refrigerator installed in the place where you are supposed to hang your clothes, which I suppose is why there are no hangars. A giant microwave sits in the main room. This giant unit is meant to be installed under a cabinet, not set on a small table. Outside, it looks like a former restaurant or kitchen is being used for storage of old hotel items. The next door property appears to have torn down, though some decaying statues remain.

My experience with the hotel has been nothing but a hassle. Needed a room for a night due to power outages on our side of town. I was double charged, once on Expedia then again at check in at the front counter. Getting a refund figured out is about as simple as keeping cake away from a fat kid. The wait on the staff is absolutely crazy, not once was anyone at the front desk. You have to ring a doorbell and wait for the live in staff to walk half way across the property. After freezing outside waiting to be helped, you get to wait until morning before your room is warm. Could damn near see our breathes when we walked into our room
