“I requested a higher floor and was very satisfied with the view. The room was adequate size compared to another Shila Stays in Seoul. However, there were not many restaurants or stores in walking distance. We had to go to other neighborhood for food. GS25(a convenient store like a 7 Elven) on the first floor open 24/7 was great spot to grab snacks and experience a Korean convenient food. “We stayed at this property four years ago and were very happy. Not this time: Unhelpful staff with very limited English. We left a "make up room sign" for housekeeping after the first night at 9:30 am, and at 2:30 pm our room was not done. Only after a discussion with staff did it get it done. The quality and variety of the breakfast was at least one level below that of four years ago. Our corner room with ocean view was good. But overall, this is not a four star property anymore, as claimed.”

“The parking was easy (make sure you provide license plate number), front desk was kind but the room, specially bathroom can be cleaner.
The breakfast buffet was excellent (needs reservation) and the view from the room was excellent! I would stay here again without a doubt.”

“El personal de recepción muy desagradable, un sólo ascensor que llegará a todos los pisos, no pudimos cenar porque no les quedaba comida, nada de ayuda por parte de recepción, los colchones durísimos! No lo recomiendo para nada!!!”
