The room was dirty. The floor wasn’t mopped and there was an unknown brown substance under the table. The couch and mattress were stained badly. The desk chair was broken and a safety hazard. There were zero washcloths provided and the toilet paper had a brown stain on the side of the whole roll. One of the closet hangers were broken. With the way the room was presented, we didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast downstairs (which wasn’t much to see) or using the pool, for which there was no signage to speak of. A poor stay. Only good thing is the location.

They are very stingy and rude. Micromanage everything! Very dirty and falling apart. My room smelt like corona beers and the window was busted. Never again!

it’s just stuff maintained well. Seems like they have no cleaning person on staff. Everything updated and Old the rooms smelled funny. Every time you sit on the bed you hear a loud bang.

There were bugs and ants in one of our two rooms. They let us move to another room which was nice but then a random man opened our door at 1:30 am because the front desk gave him our room even though we were in it. He then came up and accused us of saying that we were in the room that we moved out of because of the ants. Very unprofessional and unsafe and we should have been given a refund or discount.

This was a halfway stopping point for us. We chose it randomly but it was a good hotel for that. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. I don’t love hotel rooms without carpet but it was a pretty decent room.

Bed covers had holes. TV has no guide or the ability to link your Netflix account and watch. They store the waffle syrup in an water pitcher and leave it in the bottom cabinet with no cover. Staff is not responsive with poor communication.
