The checkin was great rep was very friendly. The room was very clean . I truly enjoy this hotel from start to finish. Very quite, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great . After we checked into our room, we found the AC to not be working properly. Peter immediately fixed the problem. Room had recently been refurbished and was modern, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a cut above most "Breakfast included" options with eggs, and bacon! Baked goods were fresh, and the coffee was not watered down. The staff member in the breakfast room was available to refill items and trouble shoot any problems with the equipment.

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing this one to highlight really excellent service. Staff behind the counter, as well as at the breakfast bar was *exceptional*. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!

Checking on my prepay was tricky, but resolved. Expedia is not transferring prepayments to this and other hotels. The hotel was most helpful. The stay was good, breakfast hit but average, but nice on site restaurant, clean rooms, needed to request towels and TP to match our guest count. Large enough room for 4. Restful quiet, comfy temp.
