Appreciated the full breakfast and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I did like the renovations done, including bare floors in rooms and area for coffee.

The staff were fantastic! The third floor had a strong smell of mildew and if smells bother you it may not be the place. I wouldn’t have stayed if I hadn’t paid in advance. Beds were comfortable and it was priced lower than the others in the area.

Conveniently located, front desk staff was very responsive & helpful after booking me into a room that, when I opened the door, was already occupied. This occurred at 9:30 p.m. The bathroom sink had not been thoroughly cleaned, the thermostat was very complicated to adjust, the bed squeaked or made a slight clinking sound every time I moved, and when I lifted the pillow to move it, there were two long, black hairs on the sheet. The breakfast was very nice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The reception and especially the elevators were dirty each day. The elevators had lots of debris on the floor and smudges on the walls and doors. Didn’t leave me with a feeling that the hotel was nicely kept or clean. The door to the bathroom would not close. The room was clean enough to be comfortable. I think this hotel was over rated
