The room was very clean and housekeeping was very respectful or our need for privacy. The front desk help was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated and could use an update but were clean and comfortable. We had an excellent rate so we were very pleased with out stay.

I will definitely stay at Ethan Allen hotel again Room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping VERY attentive I was concerned about only one functional elevator and my family member has mobility issues The distance to the one elevator where we were directed was a lengthy walk. As I mentioned previously there were so few outlets! I feel most hotels could have better lighting but that didn’t impact our stay Again I would stay again despite the concerns which I am sure will be addressed!

It's a nice old hotel that could use a major make over. The price was reasonable around $150.00 staff was great although the front desk didn't help us with our receipt for incidentals which was strange. The bar is nice and the breakfast buffet was good enough for $14.00 person. All and all I would book again.

Location is good, close to highway and shops. Nice reception with warm cookies. Not friendly receptionist... excessively loud voice and demanding: she shouted to us across the big reception area "I will be there" while she was chatting with somebody else... Had to wait close to 10 minutes until she came to reception desk but then, she still took her time on the desk (not the computer)... When we finally got help, there was a line of 6 + other customers waiting ....
