Very clean and polite staff. It’s a difficult time to be traveling with the COVID-19 scare, but the hotel was pristine and we felt safe at this location, in our time of need to be in town for a family matter.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here, always very clean and efficient staff. My only complaint was the bed was low to the floor, and I don’t remember this before. The bed was a little lumpy again I don’t remember ever feeling this way before. Otherwise a wonderful stay and I’m sure I will stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening and were placed in a suite for the disabled. Though we were not in need of these accommodations, it was interesting to see how a room for someone in a wheelchair would be designed. We didn't even know hotels had rooms like this to offer. Kudos for designing rooms for the disabled as they have been undeserved until now.

Noisy . I could hear the couple next to my room very loudly through the night & day. Not to mention someone was able to check in my room without me being there that i didn’t authorize smhhhhh. Desk clerk never gave me eye contact; she was very uppity!! She better show me some damn respect..sheets itchy I believe it was bed bugs

Unfortunately the first room that I checked into was extremely cold as the heater was not working. After I called the front desk, i was moved to another that was all good. The rest of the stay was splendid.
