Our tent was not so clean. Mould in showers.
Location was amazing
Safari Tents are spacious, clean and very nice but during the sunny hours it’s very hard work for the aircon - which means temperatures inside are getting quite high.
We had a great stay here with our baby in one of the safari tents. We loved the pool and the restaurant served tasty food. Safari tent was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Some nice walks around the property (watch out for the crocs). Unfortunately couldn’t go on water tours as our baby is too young.
We stayed in one of the Safari tents which were very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Problem one is the size of the pool for a site shared by at least 3 dozen individual tents and campsites. 3 sun loungers, a 6 metre bench and a 2 seater chair are all the seating that's available. The pool itself is about 3x5 metres. Problem two is the menu choice at the restaurant, very limited if you are staying for more than 2 nights.

we stayed in a bay view safari tent. Generally it was very comfortable and the view was great. The furnishings are pretty basic and quite old. Bed was comfortable. The camp kitchen and surrounds were good and clean.
At the homestead the facilities including the restaurant were fine. Restaurant food was good.
Pearl farm tour was fun and factual but the highlight of the trip was the day cruise from Cygnet Bay to the horizontal falls. Spectacular!
We stayed in 2 safari cabins at the Divers Quarters and it was pure luxury, spectacular views and privacy, with our own ensuite bathroom, small fridge for drinks, and deck to watch the sunset. Short drive to restaurant and pool.

The main part of the resort was a bit run down. Our glamping tent was good, and at night there was zero light pollution. But the dinner menu was the same every night with one special. The special had curry in it every night.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly, accomodation was good, bunks were a little bit loose and we had no teaspoons to stir our hot drinks. We used the camp kitchen and bbq area which were great. The showers and toilets were clean. We sat down the beach near our accommodation and watched the sunset, beautiful location. Hotels.com advertised aircon in our tent which is not correct but this is not a reflection on Cygnet Bay.
Facilities: Nothing special; Value: Over-priced; Service: Lacking; Cleanliness: Messy;
Ran out of gas for the stove, no breakfast/coffee and the air-con sent out hot air

Unable to take up accommodation as had to have visit to Broome hospital following incident at Mitchell Falls
We were not aware that our safari tent had no air con in 40 degree heat. The camp kitchen facilities appeared to be inoperable and due to staffing issues the dining options were very limited. One of our main reasons for our stay was to visit Cape Leveque and we found when we arrived that it was not possible to even turn down the newly upgraded road to the Cape. Very disappointing.
Great friendly service. Nothing is a problem for the staff at Cygnet Bay. Well done and I’m looking forward to staying at one of the new safari tents under construction.
