Our stay was not bad. The hotel could use some updates. Especially the door and area aroind the rooms. Tha breakfast was great every day. Outback restaurant and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

The hotel is older with the room access on the outside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was descent for the price. We were on our way home and needed to rest for a while and didnt want to spend a lot of money. The bed and pillows were really small.

This is an older hotel. You have to get to your room from the outside. There was one elevator. The rooms were surprisingly updated, comfortable bed, beautiful window treatments.

I would never stay at this property again. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in …room 144 the springs were basically coming through the mattress. And the box spring was filthy and dirty (and you could physically see it, bc it wasn’t even covered properly) The couch looked like it was 30 years old. Unless you are looking for an uncomfortable stay, please say away from this property

One night stay or skip it altogether

Very worn down hotel. Good location off the highway, Very professional, courteous staff This hotel is VERY OVERPRICED Beds were making noise when you toss and turn So super basic, very 1980's but priced well above what's it's worth. It was loud at first but quiet later Bathroom was way overdue for remodeling. Look at the photos I posted, judge it for yourself. Room was sprayed with air freshener a lot(don't know why) maybe to overcome other odors? Bathroom was either just cleaned (we checked in after 6pm) or used so much bleach! I don't regret staying here but I regret paying almost $200/night although we booked ahead of time.

Conveniently right off the highway, which could be heard from inside the room. Room seemed clean, with some visible staining on some towels and the comforter... still washed and clean though. Outside entry, which isn't my favorite, but I remembered that we stayed in a Disney resort that was outside entry and it was amazing... this room was less than amazing. I don't like leaving sub-5 star reviews, but maybe an owner will see this and be inspired to make improvements. The bathroom is where I really make some decisions on how to review, so here it is... not the worst I've seen, but ... close. There wasn't any visible mold on the bathtub or grunginess on the toilet or sink, which was fantastic! However, it looked like a quick and easy spray paint job was done on the ceiling to cover some up... instead of bleaching it and drying it out before painting. The air circulation in there was non-existent, so when condensation built up, the paint peeled away and dripped colorful water in the shower and rest of the bathroom... kinda icky. But, no apparent bugs, breakfast was excellent, and staff was nice, quick, and helpful! So, I'd say 3 stars.

Do not stay here, not a "real" Hampton Inn

We travel a lot and we look for Hampton Inns in our destination cities. This is not a Hampton Inn. This is an old, dilapidated motel from the last century that Hampton Inn put their sign in front of. It was shocking how bad the room was. First, the place is the old-school style where the entry doors are lined up outside the building. The door handle was in disrepair, the first clue about how terrible the room would be. It looked like the only change to the outdated, run-down room was a different bed. The pillows were four tiny, hard blocks. They were basically square, not the shape of a pillow. Probably the worst part was a mystery pill on the floor under the filthy vanity. Anyone who was cleaning the room should have seen the pill. So, it appeared that the room was not really cleaned. The toilet pipes had a bunch of spackle around them where they attached to the wall and the toilet barely flushed. There was an old, portable dehumidifier in the corner that was very loud. We were only staying one night so we just tried to overlook the problems. We had already paid $200 for a $50 room and it seemed like a big hassle to get our money back and stay at the super-nice hotel next door. Of course, the next night we did NOT book a Hampton Inn and we had a great stay there. It's a shame that Hampton Inn would put its name on such a horrible place. We have gone from being repeat Hampton Inn customers to planning to avoid Hampton Inns from now on.

The toilet pipes were surrounded by spackle that wasn't smooth or painted.

The shower head wasn't tight to the shower wall.

This hotel should NOT have a Hilton name attached.

You need to show that the hotel has outside door entrances . Sheets on the bed were torn AND just all around scary!

Although it was advertised as a hotel, its a MOTEL. The spring mattresses are awful; the worst sleep I've ever had at a hotel/motel. The sheets were stained. The towels are stiff and scratchy.
