Great but a few flaws

The only thing was the floor was sticky and I didn’t see anyone there when I was staying .. missing tv remote .. other than that it was quiet and comfortable

The employees were professional, polite and nice. The smell of the hotel was nice. My only issue was the bed was too soft needed a like more firmness to prevent backache. But would go back again.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES ! WE CHECKED IN AND IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT. they were crawling through the walls and cracks! The bedding and towels were dirty. I was scared to sit anywhere in that room. The tub was disgusting. Omg. The outside of the property did not reflect the inside. This why you cannot judge a book by its cover! Hotel staff were nice tho.

The fantastic 2024 Eclipse

We came to Dallas for the eclipse and it was fantastic. The two rooms that we occupied were almost as great--Thank you for allowing us to stand in your parking lot during the Eclipse.

Overall comfortable stay

I stayed one week at this hotel. From outside hotel looks new and the mattress was very comfortable. No room service for the entire week that I stayed there. Overall though the hotel stay was good, the main problem is with roaches. They are everywhere and I am surprised to see so many roaches in a new hotel. I will give 3 stars for overall rating.

The staff was friendly and the property is in a good area, close to many stores and restaurants. Although, the room wasn’t very clean and there was a bug in one of the rooms we booked. The person who saw it claimed it was a roach. Also, the pillows smelled a little musty, like they didn’t even change the pillow covers on them.
