It was nice that it wasn't on a main strip. It was kind of tucked away. It had an inside pool and jacuzzied and gym. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle only goes to Dallas Love Field airport. The staff was great. Got me checked in before 3 pm. I appreciated that.

The hotel was nice just a little outdated could use a remodeling, none of the icemakers were working, the only plus was that we had a room with a jetted tub.

Easy check-in and asked for a 0430 shuttle service to Love Field. Shuttle was on time and trip to airport uneventful. Tub / shower lever was sticking and only got about 80% shower flow. Will book again at Wingate.

I have stayed several times over the years because it is close to the airport and the rate is good. The property could definitely use some updating however with stains on the furniture, and messy leak repairs on the ceiling of the top floor. The two ice machines I attempted during the stay never worked, and the property was very hot, I'm not sure if the a/c was broken or just set to 80. Staff was friendly however

The hotel was conveniently located near Dallas Love Field, and the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the noise from interstate traffic made it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. I checked to make sure the window was closed, but the traffic noise was still very noticeable. The staff experience was mixed. The person who checked me in was pleasant enough but seemed impatient and could have been more customer-service oriented. On the other hand, the morning staff member, who also drove the shuttle, was helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, the convenient location and clean, spacious room were positives, but the excessive traffic noise and inconsistent customer service detracted from the stay.

The location wasn't bad for the hotel...not a lot of things to walk to, but driving distance wasn't the worst. What was the worst was the smells in the rooms, and halls. The smell of smoke was so overpowering that we had to get housekeeping to spray the room everyday. The smell of marijuana was also everywhere. Our toilet was hardly bolted down, and there was mold in our refrigerator. The floors were dirty because I had on a new pair of white socks and after walking around the room, they were gray and dirty. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool was cold. The breakfast was good though, and the staff was friendly.

Front desk staff were very nice. Provided breakfast and a shuttle that I did not take advantage of. The property however was run down for the price I paid and not near as nice as the photos showed. Rooms need to be maintained better. Floor coming up, and desk chair ripped, furniture chipped I stayed in room 211 and I would not stay there again

It’s a fine place to crash. The A/C worked great which is my number one for Dallas heat. Decent breakfast. Only one staffer at front desk. Nothing wrong with it, my overall impression is it seemed tired (signs of aging and wear). But the room was clean and spacious.

Room: Bad toilet, mold in shower, bad mattress, bad pillows, non working safe, couch was very uncomfortable, room was very noisy in the morning. Maid let herself in our room while we were sleeping. The do not disturb sign was on the door, not good!! A few positive things: The bathroom had the best shower pressure and shower head I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast was pretty good. The shuttle driver was good.
