⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hospitality was absolutely phenomenal! Every single staff member went above and beyond to help and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The highlight of our trip was waking up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise from our theme park view room. It was such a magical and unforgettable experience that made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel is beautiful, but it is overpriced. There is nothing included, $400 a night for a queen bed and an uncomfortable bunk bed. Room is small. But bathroom is very clean and nice. Food is okay, breakfast is pricey. Breakfast quality and taste could be much better for what we paid.

The experience was half good half bad. First night woke up with blood on one of the pillows flipped over so noticed following day. A bed bug was also seen on the same bed. Got moved to a new room still not happy. Overall, the cleanliness is not good. That following night a kid threw up in the pool and everyone was out about 30mins which I thought was disgusting and allowed back in. My kids didn't get to swim cause I wasn't going to risk the kids get a virus. Need more pools. Sucks cause it was 105 degrees they would've enjoyed it. Gates are not working.

el hotel está muy lindo pero es bien chiquito cuando los niños salen del parque en la noche no hay nada que hacer , la piscina es bien chuiquita que se llena demasiado y el día que tenía la entrada estaba cerrada ya de tanta insistencia los clientes en el lobby la tuvieron que abrir cómo a las 8:00 pm . La comida muy bien elaborada y aceptable . Es bueno quedarse ya que entras una hora antes al parque y puedes montar sin cola y la temperatura bien agradable porque en la tarde se pone bien caliente . Muy bonito el parque pero para niños de 2 a 9 años .
