Check in took about two minutes and Nitya, the front desk lady, was very helpful and on point. When I entered my room, there was a welcome greeting displayed on the TV. That was a nice touch to personalize the room. The room and bed was clean with no signs of bugs or pests. The only nitpit is that the walls did an okay job blocking out the neighbors. Not thin enough to where you will be struggling to sleep, but I also understand this is what you have to adapt to when going to a hotel. My three night stay was very positive, and I will book here again.

My experience at the Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75 was very similar to my stay at the Tru Hilton in Round Rock — consistent, clean, and reliable. Check‑in and check‑out were quick, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, with excellent AC, good bathrooms, and well‑designed window treatments. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was well maintained. The overall facilities felt updated and in line with the standard Tru by Hilton experience I’ve had across the Dallas–Austin area. This location delivered exactly what I expect from the brand: simple, modern accommodations with efficient service. I would stay here again without hesitation.
