The hotel amenities were great. The staff was fabulous. The hotel property could have been in better shape for a Westin hotel. It definitely needs some repairs and updates. The TVs in the room are massive and you can connect your own streaming services too if you want so that was nice. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very nice. I would stay here again based on the guest experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dallas Airport! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was very convenient for traveling through the Dallas area. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stayed one night. Older rooms, low popcorn ceilings, bathroom floor had stains, room had a misty smell, carpet didn’t look clean, sofa was stained. The positives were the staff, and the shower pressure. Won’t stay again.

This is a great hotel to stay in especially if you have an early flight like we did. We like leaving our car here and taking a shuttle or Ubering to the airport. The hotel is very clean, and a good value.

Free shuttle was running quickly to/from the airport. Could have used more than every hour for the early morning flights, we wound up taking an Uber. However, the room was spotless and the restaurant had very high quality food, which was a very welcome amenity after a long day of travel.
