The hotel is beautiful!!! Waterfall inside was very nice and glass elevators super cool... the breakfast was great, had cook making eggs and omlets to order. But the air conditioning wasnt working so it was hot, the hot water in the shower was warm, wouldnt ever get hot, the indoor pool was ICE cold.... and the hot tub didnt work. The pillows were instant flat.

Was a Hilton and sold to new owners. Found a dead roach in the room and the ac in the building broke. They said it will be back up but it never came back on. Took a shower and there was no hot water.

The whole building was without a/c since I checked in at 4 pm told the front desk and was told it was being worked on at 11 pm started getting cool and by 2 am hot again went to front desk at 5 am and they told me I could move room and the other two rooms were also hot with a ceiling fan and I was given fan and i decided to check my family at 6 am and my booking was for 2 night never again will I stay there
