The front desk was amazingly kind and helpful. We stayed for one night as a staycation. It was a very vanilla property. The pool, decor, events… all very meh. We were planning on staying two nights and cut our time short and opted to go home.

Staff was amazing. Concierge staff was 5 and was instrumental when my phone broke in facilitating the shipment my new phone and keeping it charged on a bed when it couldn’t be charged from the port. Will def stay here again when in Dallas

Wonderful Hotel

Our stay with the Ritz Carlton Las Collinas was so enjoyable. The property is beautiful and the staff was so willing to go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasure. We will be staying at this hotel when we travel to Dallas.

This is one of the most beautiful properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with a beautiful pool and wonderful restaurants and bars. Staff is top notch.
