Okay, for the brief time that i was there.

I was there for less than 8 hours. The staff was extremely nice. My only issue is the tv in my room was broken. I feel like i should have received a discount for that small inconvenience.

Just gross.

We had two rooms on opposite ends of the hallway. Both rooms were visibly dirty and both had water damage. We also both saw roaches in our rooms. It was a disgusting place. It was also very noisy.

This place needs a facelift. The pool and hot tub were empty and the exercise room was more like storage. Insilation hanging down from the ceiling. It looked like there was a working treadmill but it was past a big mess. Service was friendly, beds are comfortable enough. Refrig and microwave always a plus. Hard floors were nice in room. Carpet would of been dirty im sure.

The property appeared nice from the outside, when my wife and I checked in the lady at the front was kind so that was nice but the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/marijuana. All the doors were scratched to hell like someone was trying to get out . The room itself wasn't horrible . Bed was nice size basic refrigerator and microwave, small tv . Essentially get what you pay for here.

hole in bathroom door; said door doesn't fully close. scratched leg on exposed bed spring. cigarette burns everywhere. torn shower curtain. very pleasant personnel so a 2 instead of a 1.

The hotel is not like shown in the photos. During our stay the pool was out of service and the gym was filled with supplies and furniture. The room was poorly maintained, 2 small holes in the wall, no shades on the lights, switches that are falling apart and a toilet and shower that leaked not a drip but constant running water. The staff was friendly and did there best. I would not stay here again.

Barely acceptable - stay elsewhere

This hotel had decent staff, working plumbing, and decent sanitation. That is the only reason this is not one star. My room's lock was broken, the bed was far too soft & uncomfortable, walls were stained, and my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Pool was out of order, same with the icemaker & the rickety luggage cart. The majority of the lights in my room lacked bulbs & were not replaced while I was there.

This hotel was a unique experience. My door had clearly been forced in the past, before my time there, and you couldn't deadbolt it or use the chain. The framing was dislodged in the corner. I made a barricade to ensure my safety each night. It was difficult to get to because of construction and is in an industrial side of the city. I liked how good the shower pressure was and that the toilet flushed. They did clean the rooms well every day.

Stay away!

Unfortunately i booked before reading all the horrible reviews, but tried to go in with an open mind. Sadly i must concur. "Dump" describes ut best. I will saw the sheets were very clean, and the bed was comfortable but otherwise it was shabby at best. The floor was covered with stuff, a good sweeping would've gathered a dustpan full. The staff was polite though slow. Sadly, i wouldnt recommend it and willnot be back

Dog water hotel

Do not go here for more than regular pay. This building should be demolished, broken things everywhere. Stains that made it look like a crime scene. The baseboards looked like an abandoned house from the 90s. I felt like I was a participant to some kind of illicit business front. Water was only scalding hot in the shower. Holes where appliances and light switches should be. Just absolutely bottom level hieronymous Bosch levels of quality depravity. Staff was pretty nice.

The room we were allocated had considerable black mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the ceiling was about to disintegrate into the bath itself. Also it was a non-smoking room but the smell of stale cigarette smoke was undeniable, and there were cigarette burns around the vanity basin. The Manager's wife was very gracious and gave us a different room which was nicer but had a smaller bed than we paid for. It also had a few large ants running around. We could not bring ourselves to use the facilities, so checked out after one night and was refunded the other 2 nights (which I must check it came through).
