The apartment was spacious with 2bed/2bath and the complex was clean. We had a view of the pool area which was delightful. Fairly quiet although it is apartment living and you could hear the tenants (kids) running in the apartment above. The property gave specific instructions for access the day of checkin and checkout was easy.

We waited in the heat for 33 mins and I reached out again to see what was going on. By 4 pm the property messaged back and said we could downgrade which would not accommodate the 4 of us. My money was taken before

Property was clean and relatively well maintained. It's a bit of a headache using the code to enter the building. We did have a fire evacuation and a police chase right outside our windows on 2 different nights.

From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day

I love the property and the space. We’ve stayed a couple times now. It’s fairly close to most restaurants and cute little stores. My take away is the parking. Depending on what side of the building your on, your not really sure where to park, if there is parking available. The kitchen counters were dirty when arrived. There were crumbs and it look to me some type of liquid stains as well. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Getting into the property initially is a little tricky, but help was readily available. The TV was not producing a signal and even with instructions from host that issue was not resolved. Music and loud talking from neighboring apartments the first night way into the night. Property itself was nice and the locale was very convenient

Absolutely loved this place! I couldn’t book to many days out but definitely was a spectacular location! The agency was so easy to get a hold of and very quick at respond to any question, needs, etc… I wish I could show you picture to show you how beautiful the interior was. TV was ON POINT. Had Netflix, ruko channel, YouTube. Etc. and no you don’t have to sign into an account which is a Totaly Bonus! Love the porch. Love the area! ❤️❤️❤️ overall TOTALL RECOMMEND! If I could give 10 stars I would! Wow! 🤩

Checking in was a nightmare-very sketchy. The dishwasher and washing machine were broke. There weren’t any tissues or dish washer pods. We had to purchase extra things including towels because they were not provided. Prior to us staying there. Parking was also a nightmare and whenever we would reach out for support, we got late responses - check out instructions were sent after 11pm.

Cozy and Comfortable Work Trip

Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. I liked that the unit I was in was between a hallway and the stairs so there were no immediate next door neighbors to worry about. Just the ones above me. I like it was not far from the office I was going to for this work trip. I only had issues with parking one night as I left and came back later but I eventually found a spot. Really didn't use the living area much except for the kitchen which was the biggest thing I wanted so I didn't have to go find food every day. Liked the key fob for the door and the electronic locks. I felt relatively safe here. Would definitely try to book this one again if I had to come back to the area.

Did not receive check-in information until after I called 4 times and it was over 30 minutes after checking time at 3:35pm. We drove 5 hrs and the only info we had about our stay was an apt complex address. This was nerve wrecking considering all the scamming that goes on these days. This place needs to have a better way of communicating with it's customers. They also should have some kind of secure file you can use to submit your ID info besides text or email for security purposes. Also, My husband couldn't watch football because the tvs only had Roku with no local channels. He had to go to the lobby/rec room to catch local channels. It also would have been nice to have seating on the patio to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset. The rug is a tripping hazard and needs to be replaced. But the apt was pretty clean. The mattress on the bed could be better and there were spider webs above the tub. We enjoyed the ease of getting to our room and the location and town of Richardson were perfect for our visit.

If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best condition. The walls are stained in several places, the shower curtain is dirty, the carpet under the coffee table has all kinds of mess tangled in it, and the bed wobbles feels like it's going to fall apart. I attempted to make contact with the property but they were either unresponsive or unhelpful. Expedia attempted to call them and they didn’t even pick up the phone. I'm very disappointed with the property and would not ever stay here or recommend this to another. I feel bad for the next paying customer if they have to go through what I went through.
