Great place to stay! Lots to do locally and within walking distance of great restaurants. Abdul was very helpful and a fantastic bartender. There were a variety of parking lots conveniently located near the hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

One of the better micro hotels around. No windows in the room was odd at first, but made for a silent night., great ac, bidet toilet, powerful shower, useless sink. Walking distance to every venue in deep ellum, farmers market, all downtown venues are really close. Free street parking out front all weekend, $12 lot across the street was actually easy to use and very secure. I stayed for 3 nights for the price of 1 night in my usual rental up the street.

Loved this boutique hotel! The bar inside was super cute with a great vibe, and the downtown location made everything easy to get to. Parking was simple and convenient, which is a huge plus. Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient.

The construction work looks pretty amateur and the bed frame was quite shaky. The bed is very firm. Space is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish the shampoo and conditioner was not a 2 in 1 but separate for the curly haired folks. Space was good and was very convenient in location. I would stay here again.

The staff eas extremely friendly and knowledgeable, recommending several restaurants and attractions. The bhuilding was clean, a little run down in some areas, but the snall amenities made up for it. Would 100% recommend this place, just be aware it is a microtel and the rooms are small and meant to just be a place to sleep. If you spend large amounts of time in hotel rooms this probably isnt the best place for you. If you are coming to venture and explore and just need a place to sleep, this is for you!
