There are signs of NO SMOKING everywhere but my room and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and Marijuana my entire stay. I didnt like that I had to keep getting my card reset. The towels were worn out and had holes in them. The blankets had cigarette burns. Although I appreciated housekeeping tyding up, I did not like housekeeping coming in every day-I was never notified that they did this. But they did a good job tyding up.

This place is nice. I have stayed here before. Room was nice. Staff was nice. The only issue was dogs in the hotel barking loudly even after 11 at night. This place sounded like a kennel.

Everything seemed clean and the staff was friendly. However, as a single mom traveling with 2 small kids, my main concern was safety. When we arrived there were police that said it was safe just a minor issue but the next day when we were leaving there was an ambulance, fire and police. I also noticed random shoes in the middle of the lobby floor and what appeared to be some homeless people there in the parking lot late at night.

Front desk service very nice, check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and smelled good until people started smoking and it seeped thru the door. Hotel location was great and easy to get to places quickly. Room and shower was tiny for 2 people. Bath towels were small too. Noisy neighbors at night. Trash piled up near elevators. Pillows were flat, mattress was decent, can't set the thermostat to turn on automatically. But it heated up finally. The shower water fluctuated from cold to hot the entire time. Woke up to jack hammer doing construction a few yards from our window.
