I likes that it was right off Hwy 67 with conveviences in Cedar Hill and Dallas. Close to shopping and restaurants. Not like that the pool was small, bo elevator for 2nd floor stat, and people was hanging out that were staying or put out or hanging out in the parking lot.

Breakfast was overall good. Potatoes could've been cooked a little longer, on the under cooked side. Room was good size and clean. Had an issue with the card reader into the hallway on day 2, but the front desk worker took care of it. I like the Non-smoking policy for the hotel. A few fast-food places down the road. Biggest downside of the stay was the noise of the doors, especially at night time. Maybe find a way to make them not bang as loud, even when trying to close the door softly, it can still be heard. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, had a positive experience and it was great for the price.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on Saturday night and we let the front desk know out TV didn’t work, we later realized the power and outlets didn’t work so during our staying we couldn’t watch TV or use the microwave. We informed the staff and they never offered us a new room or compensation.

These positive reviews are FAKE! The food is gross, the rooms were filthy and the walls were extremely thin. The elevator didn’t work and I was given a cup of cleaning solution to clean the bathroom myself and after doing so I realized that there was no hot water in the shower. Room 228 has been broken into before and you could enter the room with your finger!

This hotel is rated 9 but doesn’t even qualify for 6. The room have penetrated smell of cigarettes. Crazy smell of smoke. The room was not even clean. There were bed bugs. This is the first time I stay in hotel rated 9 and is worst than motel 6. I don not recommend to stay in this nasty place. I ask to be change to a different room and they refuse. I ask for my refund and the manager refused.

Room 141

The company was still reinventing. The phone was not connected, the clock was not working, no trash cans and the tv was not working and and the microwave wasnt plugged up, the toilet sit was loose. They fixed the problems except for the phone. We had to keep walking to the front desk. The room it's self was nice and clean and well kept with the remodel.

We got to the hotel and checked in our room and there was blood on the comforter. The young lady at the front desk, reacted quickly and apologetic and got us into another room. When we got in that room the sink had dirt all over it, as if it wasn't cleaned. The young lady apologized again and called the manager to let him know. He acted as if he didn't care about her telling him that the rooms were messed up. He just yelled and told her to get them another room. No apologie or anything. We just into the 3rd room. There was some blood on that comforter. We couldn't believe it. We were so tired, that we just took the comforter off and went to sleep. We were in town for my Uncle's funeral and were too tired to keep dealing with it. I want to thank the front desk clerk for being so kind to us. She was a gem. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.
