Our apartment was the perfect urban chic! It was spacious and beautiful and included everything we needed. The only issues were the building’s elevators were not working which caused an inconvenience, and at night, we noticed what appeared to be a lot of working ladies and homeless around the building.

The condo itself was great, beds were comfortable, extra towels, etc. However, getting through the entrance and elevator situation was very difficult. The stairwell next to elevators needs to be power washed badly. The elevators would work one day, get stuck the next. There was a third elevator that could have been utilized but it was not available either.

I don’t think this is a good place to live. The environment is not good, and the sofa bed is very dirty. The customer service is not good. The check-in code didn’t work but still charged me extra fee for early check-in. Do not recommend to live there. Please choose other options.

I loved the way the apartment and inside of the building was decorated. Very cool aesthetic. While we were there most of the elevators were out of service and we needed to use the housekeeping elevator. We were traveling with my mom, who is in a wheelchair. We tried to go in the side door but the wheelchair lift was not turned on. The washing machine was not working and the informational videos were for a different machine. Overall, it was a great experience, excellent customer service. Busy area with many unhomed folx. Would stay here again.

I spent over an hour calling and waiting for a call or text back from the host or help desk just to enter property. The code to the property provided by the automated check in did not work. The number I called on the link went to a person who doesn’t work for Amy Finehouse. There needs to be better organization and more communication options in my case. The area had so much homelessness that we couldn’t even walk around because it felt unsafe.

The property smelled awful! After i got home, even clothes that I did not wear needed to be washed or dry cleaned from this chemical acrid smell. The suitcases still have the smell in them. The elevator was out the entire weekend. If we were able to use the service elevator it stunk of garbage. Garbage was thrown in the hallway next to the service elevator where it sat rotting. Overall, a terrible experience. I contacted Amy Finehouse and got no response about the smell.
