They went above and beyond by allowing me to check in early as a courtesy, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The rooms were alright, but sort of antiquated. The carpet felt a little gross. The air conditioning unit was an old wall unit that worked well while we were there, but it was a bit loud. The noise didnt bother us, but was noticeable. The bathroom fan did not work and neither did the hair dryer. When we passed through the first floor to get to our car, there were several rooms with notifications that the room was closed by the health department.

We had booked the room with the “jacuzzi” tub. It never worked while we were there and there was “nothing they could do about it”. The room smelled like mold and mildew, lights didn’t work, the sheets smelled bad… etc. won’t be booking here again.
