We had a late chr k in due to our flight being delayed! Customer service was extremely nice and took away all of our anxiety and fears of not being able to check in! This morning I got there and was given room #207 and the door didn't lock, so I requested another room. The rokm they gave was 209. And that bathroom was dirty. The bathtube had a dirt ring around the tube, and the floor had hair on it. I was so irritated. Expedia dont care about our complaints which is frustrating, because we use your 3rd party service and you dont care about the customers and neither does Laquinta. Im never using that hotel again.

Upon arrival I was charged100 extra dollars for incidentals in addition to the $123 for room rate from hotels.com. This is a scam. How can you budget for a trip if they’re gonna charge you more money when you reach the hotel for punishment for using booking sites.

I had to call the front desk because the people above me were stomping and going wild until 2am and it kept me up. i had to drive 8 hours the next day with a child. It was very annoying. even if the people above you walk or flush the toilet you can hear it like it's in the room with you. at one point they were going so crazy it was shaking my headboard!!
