This room was absolutely awful and had water damage around the whole floor in the bathroom and part of the room I also had to kill a few bugs, but was just too tired to move all my stuff so I just tried to go to sleep. The next morning at breakfast I was so confused that all of the staff was there with a bunch of children speaking Spanish. The ladies in uniform who did not speak English, who are responsible for taking care of breakfast, was instead walking their children around and making sure they had the food they wanted. I was frustrated as there was barely any room to walk and they were almost all out of hot food so I started making a waffle. As I was filling the hot iron with batter a waitresses and/or her daughter, I’m not sure which, bumped into me and hit my hand into the hot iron burning my finger and putting waffle batter all over my clothes. It hurt very bad and I was in shock. I just stood there as the employee started cleaning the counter. I walked into the lobby bathroom to clean my shirt and put my burn underwater. I immediately went to the front desk to speak with the manager who had seen all this happen and explained to him that it was a bad burn and I needed something to put on it and he didn’t even say sorry or apologize. he just said I can give you a little lotion… A bit later, I went back to check out and I said I hope you realize a small apology for burning my hand so badly would’ve went a long way and his response was… Are you checking out? Awful

We checked in early, we paid to check out late. Housekeeping tried to come in twice - once when we were sleeping before 9am (I know because it woke me up) and another time after we paid for extending the reservation the night prior. We weren’t told about the timing of breakfast so I went down at 9:15/9:20 to realize that breakfast was done. Not a huge deal, I ordered breakfast to be delivered. I was sad to not see breakfast options in their snack area since they end breakfast so early. Overall, it was an ok stay, probably wouldn’t stay again here but it was ok for the night.. Pros: The WiFi was good and the room was clean at least, better than other places I’ve visited.

The coffee maker at the breakfast bar was broken and they didn't have a backup? Otherwise, the place was clean and no carpet on the floor in the suite so that was a plus. Good basic hotel close to the airport.

Great breakfast. Great beds. Great location especially going or leaving airport. Room was tidy and clean when I arrived and checked in. I also checked in late so make sure to call and let them know you’ll be late.

I am still waiting for a response of a refund. My baby milk got bad because the refrigerator wasn’t working and the front desk person told me that I will get a refund and I’m still waiting for an answer. Very poor maintenance and I’m still waiting for my refund because the milk got bad. I hope I get a message soon or an email from the manager. He or she has t response to my calls. Very unprofessional. They told me that they will reach out and they haven’t and today is Monday 12 and still waiting.

At first I thought this hotel would be ok, but then I realized how much work it needed. There was a lot of water damage and then I found a few bugs in my room, but the worst was that none of the staff spoke English…Like none of them! Then in the morning a bunch of the staff had their kids getting breakfast instead of the customers and one accidentally bummed me when I was making a waffle and made me hit the waffle iron which then went all over my entire outfit and pretty badly burnt my finger. No one did anything or even asked if I was ok. When I was finished cleaning my clothes in the bathroom I went to the front desk to see if they had anything for a bad burn and the guy said..I have lotion…He didn’t even say sorry or apologize for that happening…I was so mad

I'm disabled, there was no elevator and my room was on second floor. The whole place is mediocre at best. Needs complete renovation. There were holes in the wall poorly patched, the toilet seat was sliding all over the place, I had to tighten the screws to secure it. The toilet itself is badly stained and just looks dirty. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the ceiling. I tried to fix it but I didn't have my tools with me. I ended up directing the spray leak downward so at least it wasn't spraying all over the ceiling. The ac in the room was OFF when I arrived at 10pm, It was 90 degrees outside and about 110 in the room. It took several HOURS to cool it down to a level I wasn't sweating in the bed. The hallways are not air conditioned, so they were always hot. The worst and most disappointing part was that the "breakfast buffet" consisted of two types of kid's cereal or packaged oatmeal - that IT! No muffins, bagels, or even toast! No fruit, nothing. There was milk or some orange drink, not even real orange juice. I ended up selecting this hotel because the pictures on expedia showed a variety of options for breakfast, including fresh made waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon. None of that was there. Several other guests came in and turned around and walked out disgusted by what was offered. I would not stay there again, and travelers beware.

Excellent shuttle service to and from airport. Night driver does great job. Hotel charges for just about anything extra on check in check out times. Overnight parking is handled by Smart Parking. If you park at hotel and they charge you it’s $20 per day. Would be less expensive to use Smart Parking on line.

Room was very spacious and clean, breakfast selection is very limited but enough for a quick bite to catch flight in the morning. Airport shuttle was a big issue though. Booked this hotel because there is 24 hour airport shuttle instead of a limited time shuttle offered by other hotels. I was told the shuttle runs every 40 minutes. Waited more than an hour from 11:30pm and still no sign of the shuttle and no one was answering the phone. One other hotel was kind enough to let me hop on in the back to get me to La Quinta North around 1am.
