We were able to reserve two apartments, so our whole family could stay close, which was great because the grandparents came for graduation, and we were more comfortable being all together. Clean, well equipped apartments and convenient location.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, parking was horrible almost scratched my car it was tiny, elevator smelled like weed, swimming pool was closed after they said it was opened. Please don’t give parking area 21 it could damage a car due to concrete blocks that are there.

Spacious with a nice kitchen. However, one TV in living room and low water pressure. Plenty of restaurants close by with SMU college students in the vicinity.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Great restaurants across the street and nearby. Parking in the attached parking garage was easy, and the designated parking spot was great. It was a little tough to navigate at first (getting inside, finding the apartment once in the building) but once in the apartment the first time, everything was great. Emails were very instructive just took a little getting used to. One of the elevator banks in the building was not working and the hallways were being painted so we had to navigate around all that.

We were given instructions on how to get to the room, but the building was under construction so the elevator we were told to take wasn't active because of the construction. We had some people over and were conversing and I guess there was a microphone in the apartment because we got a text message that we had exceeded a certain decibel level, which felt a little creepy.

Great place to stay for a college visit to SMU. Place had a full kitchen and there was a Kroger grocery store right around the corner. Bought groceries for breakfast and lunch and just dined out for dinner. Felt right at home! Loved the full washer and dryer, too. Came home with a suitcase full of CLEAN clothes. :)

Accomodation was clean, well equipped with pot, pans, utensils etc. Also had salt, pepper, oil, sugar, towels, face washers, cleaning supplies, laundry tablets & soap, shampoo & conditioner. Was great to have a full functioning kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was initially trying to obtain access & entry to room. However, lady on duty when we arrived was very helpful & provided extra instructions when we arrived which helped us locate room a little quicker.

Very good layout and location. Property itself is a little tired though. A little complicated to get in and out, especially the first time, so need to follow the step by step instructions. That said, we were missing the parking pass, which added to the complication. Kasa was very communicative thru text but parking issue was not resolved during the stay. Would probably stay again if visiting SMU as it was very convenient.

This property was ideal for attending a Bible conference that was at Trinity Bible Church, just two blocks walking distance. The two bedroom, two bathroom was ideal with a very beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, untensils, dishwasher, etc. Did not use the washing machine or dryer but that was nice to have if needed. This was so nice and I hope to stay there again. Swimming pool was enjoyed! I would say the only downfall, and that is not Kasa's fault, was on Friday night there was loud music at the bar/establishment at the end of the block, this property was next to the SMU campus and so I kind of figured it was college age celebrating their weekend. But the accomdations were great and I give it 5 stars all around. The Krogers grocery store nearby was great and it was great to make our own food, saving money by not dining out. Close to the Bush Presidential Library too, which was enjoyable.

Virtual check-in and 24/7 help are awesome features. Parking garage requires a remote to get in to help keep your vehicle secure. The property was clean and kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps, and wash. Lots of natural light from the windows and comfortable sitting and dining area. Few bad things. The check-in instructions didn't match the physical lockbox items on the property and the 2nd room was not a king bed like advertised. Little to no AC airflow in the master bedroom so had to close vents in other areas; The air vents were dirty and bits of dust or mold flew off when closing them.

The apartment was pristine and well appointed; plenty of space for my daughter and me to spread out. The check in process was a bit of a clown show, though: my promised parking spot had another car already parked there (that was never towed throughout our stay, despite my reporting it). I was assigned another spot after contacting the help desk on the phone. Additionally, we were unable to get up the elevator the first time since the "tethered" access key was not in the lockbox as instructed. Another nice couple who were also Kasa guests eventually walked up, shared that they had the same experience the day before, and they let us up in the elevator with them. Once we managed to finally get to our apartment, it was lovely.

Good value for the money, nice location

I’ve been staying at Kasa Highlands every other week since January 2023 for work travel. I’ve stayed in a variety of the units over that time and really enjoy being off the highway and in a more community-orientated location. The gym is a little run down but has bikes, weights, and a rower. It’s nice having a full kitchen and living room instead of being forced to eat out all the time! There are definitely some shortcuts that got a little irritating after a while though - the units aren’t kept in great repair, there’s often a burnt out light or the tub drains slow, etc. Once the fridge was barely working and despite informing the concierge of the issue, they didn’t fix it until I complained about it again once I ended up in the same unit a few weeks later. The units are stylish and usually pretty clean but the furniture seems worn or cheap. Bathroom toiletries are provided in fancy bottles from the “Public Goods” brand but in reality are just filled from bulk containers of TRESemmé products (the greatest offense being that the hand soap and body wash are just shampoo…). Overall an excellent deal for the money and generally comfortable and safe, just don’t look to closely while you’re there ;)

First off we had trouble getting into our unit. I was on the phone for an hour until I was able to get in after driving 5 hrs. They did give us a 50$ gift card for our troubles. They state this a smoke free place yet their hallways smell like mildew and marijuana. The unit itself is nice but the amount gnats inside the unit was ridiculous. Upon checkout we get an email that they had property missing (towels) and we would be charged 100$ for their towels. Now we didn’t use their towels since they looked old and extremely worn. Lucky we had our own. Tried contacting their team and somehow from when we checked out to when their “team” checked the room the towels went missing. No matter who I spoke to they are still charging for these “missing” towels. It’s weird how they gave us a 50$ gift card for our inconvenience in the beginning but then turned around and charged us 100$ for towels we never touched. Seems like they wanted their money back and more. I will never book this place and will make sure everyone I know never books here.

Decent customer service but unit was badly in need of a refresh. Every wall, cabinet and trim in the unit was marked up scratched or dirty. Counter tops were clean and furniture/bedding also clean. Convenient location. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay at Kasa Highland Park

My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.
