Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great!

The room was nice, big shower, bed was comfortable. Came into town for a concert. Clean, the pool was pretty. Only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay each time you parked and that was weird because ive never had hotels charge for parking. Parking fees add up quickly if you are going to different places. Overall, it was pretty and clean, but next time i will stay somewhere that includes parking

My first stay was great. My second stay was…less than impressive. The floors were incredibly sticky throughout the apartment. Like stepping on tape in some spots. Also the fridge water / ice maker didn’t work.

The place is amazing. Clean and comfortable but don’t sign up if you plan on using the pool. They don’t have the key to get in. Reason I picked this spot but wasn’t able to use it.

Paying for parking. No in out. Have to pay each time you go in and out. Have to go outside of parking area ( street ) to enter building. Not really safe with your hands full of luggage and entering code to get in door. ( Not the best the area )

Located in the trendy Deep Ellum neighborhood of Downtown Dallas, this apartment complex offers many lovely things for people who actually LIVE here, but few amenities for travelers and the Deep Ellum area has not yet gotten off the ground, has few trendy bars, restaurants or ... anything much. That said, other than the locked bathroom door that took a full 24 hrs for the Vrbo People to come and unlock, and the coffee maker plugged into a non-functioning outlet (Does anyone oversee the cleaners and inspect the property before renting it?), the one-bedroom furnished apt was modern, tastefully arranged, and quite livable.

Ich würde dies Unterkunft keinem empfehlen. Sie ist nicht sicher. Bei mir war es so das sich in der Nacht jemand an der Tür zu schaffen gemacht hat. Der Pool riecht nach Urin und teilweise schwimmen Dosen darin. Um den Pool selber auch Müll. Deep Ellum ist keine schöne Gegend in Dallas. Ich bin vorzeitig abgereist. Die Räume selber sind super.

Place was perfect for our trip. Pretty view and good location. The bed was very firm which was fine for us but could be a little softer for comfort, Thr towels were tiny, which just made it necessary to use 2 each, I would stay here again.
