The room was ok, well maintained but the area of the breakfast with no ac the entire week and it’s over a 100 degrees in Texas! Also they have a policy of cleaning the room every 4 days which is unbelievable especially in a Hyatt. I stayed five days and requested several times to clean the room but nothing happened. Nice people not efficient.

First thing that stands out about this property is the customer service! My family really appreciated the promptness and kindness of the front desk with assuring our needs were met.
