The Hyatt was a great location for our stay, all was great but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board was because it appeared the A/C was out in the lobby and corridors and was hot. Rooms were ice cold!

I like the location, how it looked, the friendliness of the staff, and the room was great. The only negative was the elevator was very slow going down, stopping on every floor even if no one was there. Which caused a delayed wait for it no matter the floor.
