We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen in Allen, Texas. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and convenience, with spacious, spotless rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home (Amanda). The complimentary breakfast was fresh and generous, the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center were great bonuses, and the location made it incredibly easy to reach shopping, dining (Roma Cuchina), and nearby attractions (Twin Creeks Golf). If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and reliable place to stay in Allen, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We stayed at this facility for 5 days. On the 2nd day we asked for the bedding to be changed. It wasn't and we had to change the bedding ourselves. On the third day we asked for the room to be cleaned. It wasn't. We ended up changing rooms to get a clean room. The swimming pool was under repair. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very friendly.
