The staff probably are the most friendly I have seen, and they helped us early check-in (3 hours because of the flight) without any extra charge. The room is clean, though the floor might be a little old :), the breakfast is very decent.

Great location, with many dining options nearby, they do housekeeping everyday which is great! And the staff very friendly so I would stay here my next visit for sure, they didn’t advertise that they have an outdoor pool and I didn’t bring my swimming suit

Our flight to Dallas was delayed and canceled, instead of arriving at 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:45am red eye. Due to the change, we had to cancel previous hotel booking then rebooked. Hotel front desk staff was very nice, let us check in at 7am in the morning when we arrived, and pointed us to the breakfast area. The bed is also very comfortable. Definitely Hyatt is our future choice of hotel.
