The staff and location; great. However; the aesthetics of the hotel did not meet the price point. It was old; it smelled a little mildew in the hallways and our shower doors and tub had rust spots. Definitely expected a little more newer and better maintained hotel.

The service here is exceptional. The bellmen/valet are so kind.. very welcoming.... they offer to drive you any where in the area within 3 miles. Such a nice service. I lost my sunglasses... they got me another pair. I needed help at the pool, they delivered. The front desk is kind. The rooms are nice.. I upgraded to one of the themed suites, and it was well worth it for extra space. The bartenders were kind and positive. The pool was vibrant and fun... but get a chair early.. it is a very very very small pool area.... but on the weekends they open it to the public and it gets very busy... they have dj on the weekends, which creates a good vibe. Don't bring your kids to this hotel... this is for singles, business, or couples. Swanky, cool, and positive. One other nice touch.. Coffee service on each floor... Oh.. another.... Ice and bottled water brought to the room around 7:30 at night... just great service.
