Good breakfast, friendly staff, huge room and super nice amenities. We had 2 queen beds a sofa, tv, microwave, fridge, dishes, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, sinks, the bathroom provided everything needed as well.

The property was very clean and very well kept great location. However, when I checked in the front desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when she did acknowledge me, she was very short and didn’t give me any information regarding breakfast times or how to get to the elevator or any basic welcoming information. She hardly spoke to me but a couple of words, as if I was inconveniencing her. While I was there I tried calling the front desk from the room telephone, and I let it ring for a long time, and there was no answer.

Overall great hotel. Very clean and close to a lot of what the DFW has to offer. I’m used to a soft bed, but the ones here are a bit firm. Besides that it’s great!

The stay was amazing, staff were very helpful and extremely nice. My one complaint is the shower in our room was dirty, it had blue cleaner spray marks in the shower and some other stains, other than that, the room was very clean.
