The room was clean. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super nice. The only complaint I had was we booked this hotel specially for the indoor pool ao our kids could swim. The water was freezing. It wouldn’t have been any different swimming outside. The temperature was 50 degrees outside. So I feel like I kinda wasted money getting a more expensive hotel when we didn’t even get to use what we went there for.

We love staying here when we come to Dallas. It is exceptionally clean and new looking. It us also close to many eating places plus the galleria, yet it is tucked away and is very quiet.

We 3 old ladies came to Dallas and stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for it's convenient location to the Titanic Exhibition. Our king suite was lovely and bed linens were super comfy! The only issue was bath shower was spacious but water flow was not very forceful. We will recommend this location in the future!

Second stay here and the hotel, staff and breakfast was really good. Unfortunately someone broke the window of our Tahoe the first night, it looked like they were trying to break in. Hotel had cameras but we all know that’s not gonna lead to anything and apparently it happens often.
