When we checked in, we were informed that the manager had moved our stay to a hotel 20 minutes away, which he didn't even contact us about. I explained that we needed to stay at that particular location due to an event we were attending, and the front desk gentleman corrected the situation. Only one elevator is working in the hotel, which makes getting to your room a challenge. The room and the bathroom were clean. The mini fridge had mold in it, so we didn't use it. The breakfast was great!

For my purposes, it was all about location. I could get anywhere I needed (4 places) around the DFW location and was a 7-minute drive to Love Field. The hotel looked new and was really clean inside and out. Parking was self-parking and plentiful. It also has a laundry available for the guests. Except for them failing on one morning to e send a wake-up call, it was very quiet, even being on the first floor and on a freeway.
