I like customer service at the Front everyone was nice and professional! The breakfast bar was fine, although the pancake machine was broken which disappointed a family member. The treadmills in the fitness room did not seem to work. The room was comfortable and we slept well, which is the most important thing.

I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.
