Overall the Hilton Garden Inn North was pretty good. Liked the free parking and the front desk staff was really great. I would rate the property higher but having a broken elevator and a broken ice machine made for some inconvenience. The location is very convenient and very little road noise.

Second stay here and both times facility was clean rooms were very nice, well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was you can hear the freeway at times but that is unavoidable.

Our experience was disappointing because when we first arrived they put us in a room that the lights did not work. We went back down to the desk and they changed us to another room. One of the cleanest hotels-everywhere. Lobby restrooms clean, smelled good and personals if you needed. Bar very nice bartender so nice. Had a restaurant but I didn’t eat but there were several tables. Will definitely stay here every time I’m coming to Dallas.
