Its was perfect from the jump the wonderful lady at front desk Andrea was so helpful. We had a great conversation because both of us being fellow Alaskans. Gave me "Guest of the day" and late check out. The room was amazing and clean. All the amenities that this hotel has especially the spa so relaxing and exhilarating. I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff.

The property was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cutest holiday decorations and popups for fotos. Children entertainment with mobile train rides, bounce houses and hot chocolate and smores. Making plans to return for the summer.
