We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, the room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and responsive—when a bathroom fuse went out, it was fixed immediately. We loved the indoor pool and spent hours enjoying Jade Waterpark. The location was also perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

Its was perfect from the jump the wonderful lady at front desk Andrea was so helpful. We had a great conversation because both of us being fellow Alaskans. Gave me "Guest of the day" and late check out. The room was amazing and clean. All the amenities that this hotel has especially the spa so relaxing and exhilarating. I am definitely making this every 2 to 3 weeks staycation. Love it!
