The staff was amazing. I asked the young woman at the desk to send someone up to fix the shades. I was unable to open them. She sent him up within 15 minutes. However there were a couple of outlets in my room that did not work. (The first night I thought it was the coffee maker!) One elevator was not working, so the wait was sometimes long. There was a homeless man that stood around out front, and walked through the lobby. I felt uncomfortable, since I was alone on this trip.
