Ricardo and Travis were excellent staff members! They were so kind and went out of their way to be helpful when they didn’t have to. The property itself was nice and quiet. Very easy to navigate to Richardson or University Park. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was great. However, the room is small. The TV remote or TV did not work right. When you put a numbner into remote, it woud not go to the channel you wanted. Also, the channel card in the room was inaccurate.
