Okay, you need to know this is obviously an old apartment complex bought and turned into a Hyatt. There are no elevators to the top floor. There are entirely too many units for the amount of staff and the rooms are surface clean but the coffee grounds were in the pot and had molded. The coffee pot itself was molded, the coffee cups in the cabinet were actually dirty. I rented a room with a tub and did not get one. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good and I would probably stay there again if I had to, but they need to rethink their business model. This isn't a regular hotel. Maybe make it an extended stay.

There were some minor issues with the room I stayed in, room 123, that need some renovation. There was an exposed piece of metal at the bedroom entrance. The cabinets were deteriorated in the kitchen and the bathroom. The room and furniture had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was helpful in diluting the scent during my stay with a perfume diffuser. However, once a long exposure of cigarettes has been subjected to a residence, room, etc., the only way to get rid of the smell is to replace furniture, paint the room, replace the carpeting, and replace the cabinetry. Amy checked us in on Friday June 5, 2026 and was so sweet and helpful. The bed was great and I slept peacefully. There were no sleep interuptions in the mddle of the night as the grounds were well respected by the other guests. Parking was also wonderfully organized and my renatl vehicle was safe. My sons room was 211 and he too enjoye the room and stated that it was very nice, peaceful and he was pleased with everything. The common area was also nice and peaceful, and the food was good. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Bad: The hotel smells like marijuana, at least builing 16. So bad, like a skunk sprayed the place. We asked to move rooms and the second was just as bad. Our dishwasher was broken, full of stagnant water. There was a small blood stain on one of my pillows. There was no mattress proector on the mattresses Good: The price was good for the large space you get, the staff were polite. Overall i would not stay here again.

Lobby and pool area were nice and loved the location. Unfortunately the moldy dirty carpet made it hard to sleep. Found out on 3rd day they only clean your room if you call by noon and ask for it. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they did a massive remodel and hired more cleaners- every area needed more cleaning
