Great location-easy access to highways, shopping, dining and airports. Lobby areas were fantastic & we loved the staff. Housekeeping wasn't the best, but we enjoyed breakfast and the overall feel of the rooms & common areas.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was so clean and it didn’t have that stale closed stuff smell, clean air. The set up was so chic and family oriented.My sons really loved it and the bathroom, very well built and oh so clean. I recommend this hotel for anyone who’s traveling and wants a real good and safe hotel to stay then this is the place. I was very impressed!

New Marriott property in De Soto, Texas

The stay itself was good, but one thing that needs to be addressed is the checking in process it was lengthy and it could’ve been done a lot quicker, and the person that checked me in wasn’t a tentative and acknowledging me as a guest as I was waiting not accustomed to that type of service and then secondly in the room, there was two issues one the lamp on the right side of the bed fell that was melted on the wall, which I thought was cheaply mounted and then also the foot rest or sitting bench in the shower. I had stepped on it just to wash my leg and it broke once again cheaply put together, but other than that, the hotel is brand new, and the breakfast was below average the eggs wasn’t fresh But other than that, my experience was OK.
